- 1 head red cabbage shredded finely
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Finishing
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup grainy mustard
Instructions
- Stir the apple cider (vinegar) or juice together with mustard.
- Heat a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil over medium to medium-high heat.Add cabbage, caraway, paprika, salt, and pepper.Fry, stirring occasionally 2 to 5 minutes, until crispy.
- Take the pan off of the heat.Toss the cabbage with the apple cider vinegar and mustard.
