Ingredients

Frying

  • 1 head red cabbage shredded finely
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Finishing

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup grainy mustard

Instructions

  • Stir the apple cider (vinegar) or juice together with mustard.
  • Heat a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil over medium to medium-high heat.
    Add cabbage, caraway, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Fry, stirring occasionally 2 to 5 minutes, until crispy.
  • Take the pan off of the heat.
    Toss the cabbage with the apple cider vinegar and mustard.
