Stir the apple cider (vinegar) or juice together with mustard.
Heat a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil over medium to medium-high heat.Add cabbage, caraway, paprika, salt, and pepper.Fry, stirring occasionally 2 to 5 minutes, until crispy.
Take the pan off of the heat.Toss the cabbage with the apple cider vinegar and mustard.
