Tonight: steak! About 21, 22 oz. each 2" thick ribeyes. With Colin's help we put on some extra-Virgin olive oil and a steakhouse seasoning and they went frozen into the sous vide.
Whereas Spring feels she's not close enough to the boss after his interminable and inexcusable absence! (And she does not approve of the light of the front camera!)
