Garlic Frybread

Equipment

  • 1 Stick Blender
  • 1 Frying Pan

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 150 g garlic cloves Peeled
  • 3 ea egg yolks
  • 2 ea eggs

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 150 ml yoghurt
  • 450 g wheat flour

Herbs

  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley chopped, amount "to taste"

Instructions

Make Dough

  • Mix Base Ingredients with stick blender until smooth
  • Add Salt and Baking Soda and mix well
  • Add Parsley and mix well with spatula
  • Add yoghurt and mix well with spatula
  • Add four and mix well with spatula
  • Once you can't mix anymore with a spatula mix by hand until smooth

Shape

  • Roll out until round and flat and fits in the frying pan you will use
  • Cut into eights

Fry

  • Add oil to frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown
